How to Order

For Tiaras, Hairpins, Jewellery and Crystal Bouquets: Add the desired items to your shopping cart and checkout. You will then receive an email confirmation of your online order. Please note that this email is NOT an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order will occur once you receive your invoice, payment has been made and proof of payment has been received. Please note that Swarovski tiaras, jewellery, crystal bouquets & hairpins have a 1-2 week make time attached. Orders are only delivered overnight to you once your order has been completed. All delivery times stated on your invoice are approximate dates and we will notify you once your order is completed as to the exact delivery date of your order. At this stage we will also provide you with a tracking number if your order is to be delivered to you. If we have encounter any queries with your order, we will contact you via email or phone, so please give correct contact details on your order form. Please note that BRIDAL ETC. only delivers in South Africa at present.

Payment

Payment for BRIDAL ETC. items will be either via Bank/Internet Transfer or Cash.
All orders less than and equal to R1000: Payment in full is required on invoice.Payment must be made within 2 days of invoice date, else the order will be automatically cancelled. Orders > R1000: A 50% deposit is required before any order will be started.Payment must be made within 2 days of invoice date, else the order will be automatically cancelled. The balance is payable when the order is ready to be shipped or collected. Proof of payment will be required before any orders are started and/or released.

10 DAYS:Purchase/s must be returned unworn and in their original condition for receipt by BRIDAL ETC. within 10 days of purchaser having received them. Returns received outside the above time frame are accepted at the discretion of BRIDAL ETC.
CONDITION OF ITEMS:BRIDAL ETC. will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn.
DOCUMENTATION:Your original invoice must accompany your returned purchase/s in order for BRIDAL ETC. to process your exchange or credit note.

Exchange Policy

Custom Original Products Custom original pieces are not returnable. A custom original order includes designs that were created with collaboration between the designer and the customer or, items where the customer sent in a picture which did not previously exist on our website . Custom original order does not refer to color changes.

Non-Colour Customised Products This applies only to products ordered in Crystal clear colour. We do not offer refunds, but we will gladly extend a merchandise credit for an exchange. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling costs when affecting a return.
Colour Customised Products This applies to any product NOT made in only crystal clear colour. Since your piece of jewelry was customised to your colour specifications, we regret that we cannot offer a refund. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling costs when affecting a return. All Returns are subject to a 25% customisation fee.
Instructions for an exchange:
1)Email:info@bridaletc.comwithin 3 days of receiving the item(s) with your exchange request so we can discuss the details of your exchange. Address:3 Third Avenue, Rondebosch East, 7780 Cape Town
2) Mail your new, unworn jewelry with invoice to Bridal Etc. within the first 7 days of receipt.Please note that the purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling costs when affecting a return.
3) Be sure to include the original inner packaging and pack your jewelry/tiaras safely in a sturdy box with strong tape. Damaged jewelry will not be accepted for exchange. We are happy to make repairs to damaged jewelry for a repair fee.
4) Once we have received your return, we will issue you with a credit note for 75% of the price of the item (Price less the 25% customisation fee).
* Why the Customisation Fee? Every order is handcrafted to your specifications. We allow crystal and pearl color options as well as metal color options and sizing. The 25% customization fee covers a small amount of the materials lost when an item is returned (most items cannot be resold), and a percentage of the labor costs to make your jewelry and/or headpiece. We feel that this policy is fair considering your items were handmade to your specifications.
